How we support and schedule third party vendors

Cleaning Schedules

For every reservation we receive we schedule service with our owner-approved cleaning team. We have connections with cleaning vendors and will help you find the best cleaning team for your home! We also communicate cleaning expectations, and follow up with cleaners prior to guest arrivals to make sure guests walk into a clean and relaxing environment.

Vendor Communication

We communicate with a variety of vendors to address any services required at your home. We will contact and schedule; handymen, hot tub servicing, snow removal, carpet cleaning, and other services as needed for your home. Each homeowner will be consulted on how they would like vendors scheduled prior to servicing.
